Our 30 minute consultation allows me to learn more about your lifestyle, so we can explore your ideal vision of your health and wellness.
This consultation is intended to give you clarity on what you want to accomplish, and we can talk more about what this journey might look like! Sometimes, that gives you a good starting point, and you may choose to start this journey on your own (though I’ll be available at any point, to review the below plans with you).
$30 for initial consultation

~ Meet once a week / bi-weekly for 45 minutes (local meet up-walk at lakefront, gym session together at WAC followed by sit-down conversation, or coffee shop-let’s be creative!).
~Initial & ongoing plan creation based on self-assessment, eating and movement habits discussed, and goals for the week.
~Grocery store visit or online resources shared to create your plan for weekly food goals (may include a shopping list for meals and snacks, or tracking food intake online to share with me).
~Movement plan for the week (let’s figure out how you want to move your body, and decide when it’s happening!).
~Weekly review of successes (small, big, and everything between), challenges, and takeaways that will help you build on your practices for the next week.
~Exploring and identifying motivation, overcoming obstacles/potential barriers which will be discussed and planned for together, creating a new (or continued) plan.
$110/session ($440/month, weekly sessions // $220/month, bi-weekly sessions)

~ For hybrid coaching, we’ll meet every other session in person. Once a week / bi-weekly for 45 minutes (local meet up-walk at lakefront, gym, coffee shop. The following week, via Zoom, Hangouts, or Facetime.

~Grocery store visit or online resources shared to create your plan for weekly food goals (may include a shopping list for meals and snacks, or tracking food intake online to share with me).
~Movement plan for the week (let’s figure out how you want to move your body, and decide when it’s happening!).

$90/session ($360/month, weekly sessions // $180/month, bi-weekly sessions)
Create-A-Plan To Meet Your Needs!
What are you looking for? Let’s discuss what you have on your mind and see what we can come up with together to achieve your goals!
$125 - $150 per session a la carte, as a monthly package or additional services (e.g., text or email check ins between scheduled sessions or as an individual coaching package).
24 hour cancellation requirement, otherwise session fee is forfeited. Rescheduling is acceptable, though it is important to keep your commitment to yourself and not get off-track often. Consistency is key to achieving your goals!
Plans are reviewed and evaluated every 3 months. Many clients have been able to connect to their vision and find a successful start in that time, and reduce meetings to maintain this habit-which might be once monthly or even every other month for 1-6 additional months.
