Nikki Hines, a Healthy Weight Coach for Women over 35 who want to lose weight and feel their best

Once I realized that I had the power to make a change, I took control of my future and never looked back.

Now, while I realize I’m far from perfect, I have learned just how powerful our intrinsic motivation is, as I lost 110+ pounds and have maintained it for 15 years. I no longer question myself on why I didn't do it sooner than I did. Instead, I now simply believe that when we have that ‘ah-ha’ moment, we have a choice to make: remain the same or explore our options to make a change (then DO IT!).

It all begins with that first step, that first leap of faith into a brighter, healthier future. Picture each day filled with more energy and a sense of accomplishment, where every little effort contributes to meaningful weight loss and self-improvement. Imagine the positive changes that will come as you adopt healthier habits, mark your progress, and appreciate the benefits of your hard work in achieving and maintaining your ideal weight.

I have an abundance of empathy for those struggling with ambivalence (believe me, I've been there!), and a passion to help you get over that proverbial fence. Over the past decade, I've intentionally furthered my education, honed my coaching skills, and broadened my capabilities to assist my clients in embracing the present and eagerly anticipating their future!

These pictures start after my son was about a year old in 2003, and show me with my kids in 2009 after losing 114 pounds, and starting to feel healthier again. Now that my kids are in college creating their paths, I find myself in the healthiest place I’ve ever been in my life, physically and emotionally-and I’d love to walk with you on your journey to wellness too!
